P3O® is the Axelos standard for the design of decision-making processes regarding changes in organisations. P3O® provides a guideline for the design of portfolio, program and project offices in organizations. This course builds on the knowledge and skills taught in the P3O® Foundation course. Successful completion of this course and the associated exam acknowledges that students will be able to design, implement, manage or work within any component office of a P3O® model.
