The Certifeka Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course provides students with the skills to execute Lean Six Sigma projects. After successful completion of the training course and exam students will be able to work alone or as a junior project manager in a team or as a team member in a larger Black Belt project.
About The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Course
This course is the second in the Lean Six Sigma series of certifications. It provides students with the right combination of specialist expertise, statistical analysis, and structured Lean Six Sigma methodology to achieve significant improvements in performance and quality. The available learning methods – Online Classroom & Bootcamp – provide students with the skills and knowledge to pass the associated exam and to work alone or as a junior project manager or as a team member in a Black Belt project.
