About The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training Course

This course is the third and final in the Lean Six Sigma series of certifications. This course provides students with the tools they need to receive their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which enables them to take on their role as supervisor over the six sigma program in their company. It focuses on preparing members to be directly responsible for these projects in their own organization. The available learning methods – Online Classroom & Bootcamp – focus on project execution and prepare students for the associated exam.
